Is it really free?

The promotion is only for a limited time and is designed to build awareness of ibitstore, talk talk, Orange and o2. You get to try the products for free and there is no commitment. If you are an ipod users then this will expose you to the vast range of ipod products that ibitstore has to offer.

How many can I have?

Its one per person so that everyone gets one. We will not accept repeat orders from the same IP address or the same registration details.

Is the quality any good?

Free does not mean cheap in this case. The screen protector comes with a 1 year warranty and comes on and off your ipod/iphone easily.

How long does delivery take?

Stock levels on the site based on levels in our warehouse or the suppliers warehouse. if in our warehouse shipping will take 3-5 working days. If in the supplier's warehouse it may take slightly longer. Once we receive your order the date of shipping will be applied to your order within 24 hours. 

Can I return it?

Yes you can return the item anytime within 30 days and we will refund your delivery costs. Returns are made to a FREEPPOST address so you will not incur any additional expenses.

What’s the catch?

There is no catch. We would simply like to get our products in front of you a little like a free taster.
